During the Summer of 2019, I studied abroad at Champlain College's Montreal Campus. While I was there, Champlain College was running their Montreal Film Program for the broadcast students. I was assigned to assist a student in directing a short film called "Maritza". My job was to help them design a poster for the movie and do film set photography for the production of it. Over the three days of production, I was able to produce a poster that the student liked and also effectively documented the process of what was going on behind the camera. In the end, I learned how to work with a client and how to execute their vision for a poster alongside being able to document a process by photography in a rather hectic environment.
